What’s your return policy?
As a valued customer, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Where you would like a return, the following applies:

  • Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet our return criteria.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.

Exceptions to our Returns Policy

  • All sale items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or price adjustments will be accepted on Black Friday purchases.
  • Personalized Jewelry - Pieces that include an engraving or nameplate are custom made to order and cannot be returned unless arrived faulty.
  • Earrings - Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned
What if my Jewelry arrives faulty?

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty piece.

Please lodge a case with our Customer Care via email at hello@vthelabel.com, attaching images to assist us.

Once deemed faulty, you will be offered the option for a refund or replacement. Please do not attempt to resolve any damages unless advised to do so by us. Will we not accept faults arising from misuse, or by not following the care instructions provided.

Additional Policies:

  • Tarnishing over time is not considered a fault and does not qualify for returns or exchanges.


When will I receive a refund?
We aim to process your return within 14 business days. Your bank may take up to 5 additional business days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently don’t offer an exchange service. All pieces eligible for a return can be done so for a refund or store credit. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you’d prefer!

How can I change my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once placed. When your order arrives, it can be returned to us via our returns policy. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you’d prefer!
